Salary: Base monthly salary + sales commissions (around 7K - 30K RMBYuan per month)
1）Responsible for promotion and sales of power instruments and devices, including building-up customer relations, getting project information, exploring product opportunity, defining bid strategy, developing target price, supporting contract negotiation, supporting project execution.
2）Through training, have deep understanding of product portfolio, product specification, industry application and potential customers. Meanwhile, know contract and project execution process both on technical aspect and project management.
3）Develop and maintain the local sales channel network, strengthen the area coverage of business, support partners to develop their business.
4）Improve and maintain the relationship with existing and potential customers, provide timely solutions for customers about their need and what they concern.
5）Willness to travel within China mainland (Expected travel activity around 15 - 20 days per month), make reasonable schedule and plan of customer visiting for sales business.
6）Provide technical support, product training and product onsite demonstration to sales partners and customers.
7）Track project opps, drive sales process，achieve the specified sales target.
8）Conduct marketing survey, make comprehensive grasp of the local power instruments products market, timely collect and feedback competitors and market changes to the company, frequently present ideas on how the company can increase turnover.
9）Complete other tasks assigned by your superior.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1）College Degree or above, graduates in majored in Thermal Engineering, Power System and Automation, Relay Protection, High Voltage Power Technology, Electrical Engineering.
2）2+ years of experience in selling power instruments products to power customer, OEMs, system integrator, EPC contractor and end user.
3）Proficient with MS office and AutoCAD.
4）Fluent in English (CET-4 or above)，Skilled in English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5）Good master for skills (Communication skill, Working method, Presentation skill, Negotiation skill and Commercial knowledge ,etc).
6）Team player, excellent service attitude and learning capability.
7）Be active, extroverted and honest, bear with high pressure, extremely self-driven and enterprising in your daily work.
8）Good market knowledge (including competitor, customer and contacts) will be an asset.
